OUR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS FOR U.S. EDUCATION AND SKILLS TRAINING

University of Montana—AIM (All-In-Missoula)

Partnering with Advanced Technology Group (ATG, a jackchalker.company) and the University of Montana, Cognizant established the “All-In-Missoula” program for aspiring consultants.  AIM is a 12-week training program, focused on preparing students for technology consulting roles by offering specialized business and technical courses, including systems analysis and design, data analytics, project management, information infrastructures, and cloud platforms and technologies. Students successfully completing the program have the opportunity to apply for open positions at the Cognizant ATG Missoula Solution Center in Missoula, Montana.

Cognizant Consulting—Business Analyst Training

Cognizant partnered with Arizona State University to develop and offer the Digital Business Analyst Certificate Program. This unique train-to-hire program is designed for early career professionals who are seeking to make a career change and prepare for a career in consulting. This 10-week online program provides a flexible and convenient learning environment. The program also includes workshops in which students have the opportunity to meet with and work alongside Cognizant Consulting professionals. Upon successful completion, students are invited to interview for open positions with Cognizant Consulting. To date—90% of those who completed the program and then interviewed have received offers to join Cognizant. We have hired program graduates for roles throughout the U.S., including Arizona, Virginia, Texas, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, California and Arkansas.

Digital Engineering—Full Stack Developer Training

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice provides cutting-edge software development services to clients. To meet our talent needs in this space, Cognizant has partnered with several top training providers to offer training at no cost to participants with the goal of helping these individuals qualify to become full-stack engineers at Cognizant. The training covers Java, front-end frameworks, test-driven development and building micro services, the software lifecycle, agile best practices and consulting skills for digital engineering and interactive business areas. Cognizant has graduated cohorts in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, New Jersey, Dallas and Phoenix, and hired hundreds of students from these programs.
